Let’s Canoe developed a full-scale brand strategy and multi-year growth campaign for the Northern Hotel, targeting high-value markets across the U.S. This included a new website built for SEO, conversion, and mobile optimization; brand photography capturing both lifestyle and amenities; and the creation of lead generation funnels, forms, and tracking systems to support direct booking growth and group sales.

We also rebranded the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, TEN at the Northern, delivering a new website, menu design, brand voice, and refined visual identity. The campaign extended into digital marketing, paid social, social media management, and out-of-home placements. Every component was aligned to speak to the hotel’s key audiences—business travelers, luxury vacationers, and event planners—with clarity, consistency, and creative precision.

Each year’s creative direction is distinct—designed to capture the tone, vision, and artistry of the season through bold, expressive visual language. This flagship work shapes the public face of the Symphony across print, digital, and campaign platforms.

In addition to the season identity, we support the Symphony with video storytelling, lifestyle and tertiary photography, graphic design, and complete layout and production of their season brochures and playbills—helping position the organization as a cultural leader through unified and memorable creative.
